Every now and then someone posts something that's not appropriate.
In this case, we recommend:
Having a chat with the team member.
Explain why the post may be considered inappropriate and ask them to remove or edit their comments.
Remind the team why you're using Heelix and that posts should be constructive and benefit the team.
Remind the team of any company-specific policies or guidelines they should consider when posting, for example, appropriate use of language.
As a Lead, you also have permission to remove any post shared in your team. To do this on the web app, select Delete in the top right corner of the post.
On the mobile app, tap the three dots at the bottom of the post and select Delete.
