If you or your team aren't receiving our emails - for example, if your team didn't receive their invitations - chances are they are either getting put into spam or getting blocked by your company's firewall or security policies.
First, please check your spam folder. If the email from us is in there, mark it as 'Not spam' so it will land in your inbox moving forwards.
If it's not there, please ask your IT team to whitelist anything from @heelix.com. If they need specific email addresses please ask them to enable notifications@heelix.com, noreply@heelix.com, support@heelix.com and hello@heelix.com.
